The Poland market
Warsaw has become central Europe's growth market, with hyperscale investment and strong engineering depth. Cost efficiency matters, but so does NIS2 readiness — Polish operators are actively closing gaps rather than just documenting them.
We mobilise from Warsaw with a target of 12 hours to site. Warsaw hub gives twelve-hour mobilisation. Kraków, Wrocław and Poznań are served by scheduled mobilisation from Warsaw.

How we deliver decommissioning & migration here
Decommissioning in Poland carries a data-handling obligation as well as a physical one, and EU GDPR sets the expectation. Media is accounted for unit by unit from removal to the certificate, with no unrecorded steps in between.
- Serial-level inventory captured at removal and reconciled at destination
- Data sanitisation to the customer's standard, with certificates issued per device
- Chain of custody documented for every movement, including intermediate storage
- Racks, trays and cabling removed and the space left in an agreed condition
- Waste streams handled by licensed contractors with transfer documentation retained
Standards and compliance in Poland
Work is signed off against the standards that actually apply here, not the ones our engineers are most familiar with. In Poland that means PN-EN 50173 and PN-EN 50174 as the primary reference, with iec 61935-1 certification as the test regime.
Site safety runs under SEP E/D qualifications (eksploatacja / dozór). We supply certificates before mobilisation rather than on request.
Standards applied on site
- PN-EN 50173 and PN-EN 50174 for cabling
- PN-EN 50600 for facility design and operations
- N SEP-E-001 and HD 60364 for electrical installation
- EU GDPR under the national implementation, supervised by UODO
- KSC (Krajowe Ramy Cyberbezpieczeństwa) and NIS2 for essential services
- KNF requirements for financial-sector tenants
Site access and safety
Warsaw facilities typically need 24 hours notice and photo ID. Personnel clearance may be required for sites with government tenants.
- SEP E/D qualifications (eksploatacja / dozór) for electrical work
- Written permit and lockout/tagout on live distribution
Local questions
Working in Poland
Can you support NIS2 readiness work?
We supply the technical implementation and evidence — asset records, test results, as-built documentation — that a NIS2 gap remediation needs. We do not provide legal or compliance advice.
Are your engineers SEP qualified?
Yes, holding E and D group qualifications appropriate to the voltage and the work. Certificates are provided before mobilisation.
How do you cover cities outside Warsaw?
By planned mobilisation from Warsaw, usually batching several tasks into one visit. Emergency response outside Warsaw is possible but slower, and we quote it honestly.
